Checking Your Booking or Printing Credit Balance

How do I know how many meeting room credits I have? How do I know how many meeting room credits I have left? How do I know how many pages I can still print? How can I check how many printing credits/pages I get with my account?

You can quickly check your meeting room or print credit balances from one place in the member portal with three easy steps.

Step 1: Log Into The Members Portal & Navigate to Your Credits

You can find your present credit balances under the 'Billing' module on the right-hand menu of our portal (See the image below, with menu options highlighted in green), and then you'll select the 'Credits' tab on the top-bar menu. 


Step 2: Check your balance and Credit Transactions

On this page, you can find all of the credits associated with your membership or your contract with us. You can also see which meeting rooms or print plans your credits apply to. If you'd like to see a transaction log of when credits were applied to your account and how you spent them, you can do so by clicking on the right-pointing arrow (highlighted with the number 2 below) next to the credit type you wish to review. A window will appear, showing you a transaction log.

Learning Minute: You may notice that you'll see two different types of credits in your accounts, 'Coins' and 'Credits.' Coins have a fixed monetary value counted against them, and are associated to our printing products. At the same time, credits allow you to book a room regardless of the room's traditional hourly rate, and don't have a fixed monetary value.


Step 3: Review your Credit Charges

With the transaction logs that just opened, you can review when credits were added to your account, as well as when you spent your credits. To see the credits you used, be sure to check the box that is labeled 'Display negative transactions.'
