Moving into TechTown (for Private Offices)

How do I move into TechTown? What are the moving procedures?

We are so glad to have you as our newest tenants! Your move into our space must be scheduled with the Membership Manager between 8 am - 4 pm, Monday-Friday. They cannot be scheduled on Thursdays between 10 am - 1 pm due to regularly scheduled weekly building deliveries.

Our Moving Policies

  1. Tenants must be present during the move-in to facilitate/escort the movers.
  2. Move-ins should be completed utilizing our loading dock. You may not perform a move using our front door or any emergency exits.
    1. The loading dock door is 9 feet + 8 inches in width & 9 feet + 10 inches in height.
    2. This dock is located in the back of the building.
  3. Movers and moving personnel must follow all loading dock procedures; please take a look at this article to review them thoroughly.
  4. To get to the loading dock entrance, enter from the West on Burroughs Street and turn left down the alleyway, which is located between TechTown and the Fire Station
  5. We have a flatbed and carts available upon move-in. Please request these items at the front desk.
